Pick the right loan against Property for you
Within the MMSCSS Society's operational geographic boundaries, Loan Against Property is intended to meet the business and personal needs of its members. The plan was created to help society members achieve their goals and desires.
The loan proceeds will be used specifically for the member's purposes in the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka for business, home extensions, house construction, consumer needs, or the acquisition of real estate.
In addition, a loan would be given against an existing terraced property for any use the member judged appropriate. LAP is solely dependent on the conditions established by the Society, which relate to the customer's eligibility to avail of the loan in terms of income and repayment capacity, legitimate collateral in the form of property assets and personal surety of guarantor, etc.
Depending on credit decisions, the minimum loan amount will be Rs. 2 lac and the maximum would be Rs. 25 crore. The loan can be repaid over a five-year period. Monthly repayment must be made to the Society account on the EMI date generated at the time of loan sanction or disbursal, either by PDC or NACH mandate.
Typically, a minimum 35% margin on the property value, as determined by an Empaneled Property Valuation Professional, is required.
