The plan was created to help society members achieve their goals and desires. The loan proceeds will be used specifically for the member's purposes in the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka for business, home extensions, house construction, consumer needs, or the acquisition of real estate. In addition, a loan would be given against an existing terraced property for any use the member judged appropriate.
